Amy Zwinge

Licensed Settlement Officer/Settlement Services Specialist

Amy’s Reflection on why she loves her career in Real Estate: “It’s that ride on the emotional roller coaster that keeps me passionate about this crazy industry. While I love helping first time homebuyers achieve the American dream, and navigating young families out of their starter homes into larger homes that will accommodate their growing family, it’s those empty nesters that I love working with the most – Selling the house that they raised their children in and finally downsizing to the place they’ve been dreaming about for years or moving, just to be close to their grandchildren …. That’s my favorite, that’s the settlement where the great stories are told.”

Amy Zwinge, a Licensed Settlement Officer since 1996 began her journey in the title business while completing her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Maryland University College. From which she graduated with a Dual Major in Business Management.

The actual recordation is conducted with the Clerk of the Civil Court Land Records Division, in the jurisdiction where the property is located.

Mr. Collins continues his railroad industry consulting practice, subsequent to a long career as an official of the Federal agency responsible for railroad safety and an owner of entities providing services to the railroad industry. Lauren Eggleston

Post-Closing Officer

Lauren was born in Lyon, France and received her French degree (BTS de Secretaire de Direction). She started her career as an Executive Assistant in France working for several international companies, leveraging her expertise in multiple languages. In 1993 Lauren moved to the United States and became a Navy wife. Over the next 15 years her family was relocated throughout the world, resulting in an appreciation by Lauren of the essential aspects of the real estate business and the critical importance of finding a good settlement company worthy of trust. So while living in Florida she decided to embrace a new career in the Settlement Industry and worked for a real estate attorney who catered to international clientele. Upon moving to Maryland, she continued to hone her settlement skills in a position that placed her in charge of the post-closing side of real estate transactions due to her exacting attention to detail. In early 2017, seeking new challenges and a dynamic team environment, Lauren joined Railway Title, LLC. Her assignments have since expanded from e-recording, to final title policies, and escrow accounts.
